FIRE WARDEN AND FIRE MACHARLL TRAINING

Participants will learn the responsibilities of a first responder, be trained to identify the type of fires, identify risk and learn mitigation method, familiarize themselves with evacuation process, and how to operate existing fire fighting equipment in their facility.

DAVID MILLER is an Emergency Management Specialist, Advisor & Senior Instructor for FIREMAX Engineering. He has previously worked for the Metropolitan Fire Brigade, Melbourne, Australia for 35years, where he held the rank of Commander Operations for 11 years. He holds an Associate Diploma in Firefighting Management and Supervision.

David is also a Rapid Impact Assessment Coordinator for major disasters. He has lectured in disaster management at the Asian Disaster Preparedness Center Bangkok (ADPC) and also lectured and facilitated training in Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) in the Philippines. He has represented Australia as the Australian Taskforce Leader in the International Search and Rescue Advisory Group (INSARAG) reginal exercise in Manila and has extensive experience within the Asia region training and advising in Fire Rescue.
